The Content and additional services, functionality and resources that may be provided to you (the “Services”) are made available solely pursuant to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

PLEASE CAREFULLY READ THIS AGREEMENT. BY USING OUR WEBSITE AND SERVICES OR BY PURCHASING ITEMS THROUGH THIS WEBSITE, YOU ARE CONSENTING TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS, DO NOT ACCESS THIS WEBSITE, PURCHASE ITEMS OR USE THE SERVICES.

Accounts and Registration
You may order products (“Merchandise”) or purchase tickets (“Tickets”) on our Site. By placing an order on our Site, you agree to pay all amounts accrued in your account, including any sales tax and shipping and handling charges, when due. Your ability to purchase Merchandise and Tickets is subject to any limits placed by the Surrey 89ers or your credit card issuer.

Prices, offers, and products are subject to availability and may change before, but not after, we accept your order. All prices listed on the website are inclusive of VAT but exclusive of shipping and delivery charges. These will appear as a separate item on your order and will be payable at checkout.

When you purchase Tickets or Merchandise, your credit card will be billed at the time of your order. We may, in our sole discretion, decline services or terminate your account without notice. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, and without prior notice, to limit order quantities on any product or service and/or to refuse to provide services to any customer.

Delivery
You can select and pay for your chosen shipping method when you check out on the website.

Once we have received your order and payment, our team will pack and dispatch the items. We will aim to do this within 3-5 working days of your order. When your order is ready to ship, you will receive an email notification.

Refunds and Returns
Tickets: Before purchasing Tickets, carefully review your event and seat location. After a Ticket has been purchased, you do not have the right to cancel your order, and we cannot issue exchanges or refunds for any reason.

Merchandise: If you are not 100% satisfied with your Merchandise, you can return forit get a full refund or exchange it for other Merchandise. You will have up to 30 days from the date you receive the Merchandise to either return or exchange it. If you wish to return or exchange your Merchandise, you are responsible for the shipping costs to return the merchandise to us.

Exceptions apply to orders for personalised goods and other items which cannot be cancelled or returned.
